200 hour Teacher Training Course – Oct/Nov – Goa, India

October 26, 2015 - November 21, 2015

- not specified -

Arambol, Goa, India

Are you ready to explore and deepen your yoga practice? To immerse yourself for four weeks in dedicated self-recognition and development? To gain the knowledge, practice, and guidance needed to share the practice with others?

At YogaVerita, this is our focus.

With experienced, genuine teachers, in a small-group setting allowing for individualised attention, we delve into an intensive self-practice of meditation, breath awareness, and conscious movement through asana.

We study the history and philosophy of the Yogic tradition. We dive deeply into the world of asanas, addressing proper alignment, risks, and benefits. We get to know our bodies – the potentials, the limitations, and why every asana is a completely different experience for each person, each day – through a comprehensive study of yoga anatomy and physiology. And building upon this foundation of knowledge, openness, and determined self-practice and self-exploration, we learn how to share our discoveries with others, and become the best teachers we can be.

We commit ourselves. We discover things we never imagined. We form lifelong bonds with our fellow explorers. We sweat. We grow. We love and we laugh 🙂
